“ Excellent food and friendly staff with a sports pub environment. We came in for dinner and were welcomed warmly and served with lots of care and consideration. Jean (our server) was so friendly, helpful and so attentive! I really enjoyed the coquillete and the beef confit was quite hearty. Would recommend! ”
“ Great place. Great food. Friendly waiter. The place has a nice atmosphere with great people. When we wanted to move to a different table to make room for a bigger group of people the waiter was really supportive and helped us move our stuff. The food was very nice as well. We had two burgers. My patty was medium just as I told them and my girlfriend's patty was well done just as she told them. Not a lot of places get that right or even ask in the first place. Additionally the fries were great and the bread was soft and fresh. Just keep in mind that a bar is part of the establishment and if you go there to certain hours people are gonna be there to drink and it'll be a bit louder. ”
“ This place is a local gem. We walked past on our way to our hotel and noticed there were lots of locals just having a good time, so we thought this must be a good place. We were right! The girl who seated us was so sweet. We got there right before the kitchen was closed and she made sure to get us food. We had the beef bourguignon. It was one of the best things we ate in Paris. It was a rainy night and we were soaking wet. The warm beef and potatoes made us feel very cozy. There were lots of locals having a great night. I only wish I spoke better French so I could have conversed with them. We really loved this place and highly recommend. ”
“ Atmosphere is lively. Everyone is clearly having a great time! All the food is great. My husband and I live in 15th, so we have dined here maybe a dozen times. This is my favorite beef tartare (sp?) in the area. Great pommes frites and any lamb dish is great. I have never had a dish I did not like from here. The staff is friendly. Sometimes they bring the bill, and sometimes they direct us to the register which is inconveniently located in the path of customer traffic. That’s my only concern, but not worth removing a star since it doesn’t bother me enough to not return. :) ”
